Industrial environment that designs, produces and sells high quality digital color printing solutions. Xeikon is a world leader in industrial and commercial printing equipment for applications like commercial brochures, direct marketing, labels and packaging.
As Project and equipment coordinator you are responsible for organizing project activities for delivery of our Digital Printing systems to our customers . These projects exist of Xeikon equipment as well as 3rd party equipment that is combined in a variety of configurations. The process starts at order until the customer is running production at an acceptable level. You make sure that the various steps in the process are coming together nicely, in full on time, to satisfaction of the customer. In order to make that happen, you work closely together with several people in production, finance, service and with international sales and service teams.
Assure realization of the customer orders and follow up closely availability of all equipment.
Implement process improvements across the organization that support the more project oriented character of our delivery. These improvements assure all activities needed to efficiently and successfully complete our customer projects.
Identify and address the risks & critical points for timely and complete delivery
Provide a perfect communication about status and planning for all equipment to all stakeholders
Define and implement corrective and preventive actions to assure on-time in-full delivery of each project.
Knowledge and skills
Educational Qualification: Master Degree or Bachelor
A record of effective communication and collaboration skills.
Good reporting skills
Combines technical, commercial and operational skills in daily work.
